Reach for 1,000,000
The Media Center is embarking on an exciting and rewarding reading program called "REACH for 1,000,000". The challenge for students is to read 25 books from different Dewey ranges, to fill out a summary card for each book, and to bring the card to the Media Center. Students receive rewards for reading 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 books. This is not a grade or requirement for an individual class. The purpose of the program is to promote reading and provide an incentive for students to achieve the Georgia Performance Standards for reading.

Check Out Policy
Students
may check out two books for three weeks,
with the option of renewing if more
time is needed. Students may renew
books within Destiny once an account has been
created in Destiny. If a book is not returned
on time, we do not charge fines,
but we do require the return of overdue
materials before anything else is borrowed.
If a book is lost or
damaged, we must charge the replacement
cost of a "library bound" copy
of the book.
Replacement costs can be
found on Destiny. Reference books may be
checked out for overnight use.
